Nathan is the founder and driving force behind Swift Fencing & Landscaping. With a genuine passion for fencing, landscaping and quality workmanship, he set up Swift with a clear vision: to provide excellent service to local customers while creating a better working environment for the people behind the work.

For Nathan, Swift is about putting people first - treating customers with respect, taking pride in every project and building a team where everyone feels valued, supported and part of something bigger. His goal is simple: to build a company that feels less like a workplace and more like a family.

Outside of Swift, Nathan enjoys motocross, cars and naturally, anything that involves getting stuck into a project.

Sylwia is Nathan’s partner and the creative mind behind the Swift brand. As a professional graphic designer, she has a passion for creating brands that feel authentic, connect with people and have a clear purpose at their heart.

For Sylwia, great branding is about more than just how something looks - it’s about the people, the story and the values behind it. She helps bring Swift’s personality to life and make sure the company’s people-first approach is reflected in everything the brand puts out into the world.

When she’s not working on all things creative, Sylwia enjoys outdoors, yoga and finding inspiration in the world around her.

Chris is a professional landscaper with many years of experience in the trade and a wealth of practical knowledge behind him. He leads our second team alongside Nathan, helping to deliver the high standards of workmanship that Swift is known for.

With his experience and hands-on approach, Chris is a key part of the team and enjoys getting stuck into every project. He’s passionate about doing a job properly and helping the team around him develop their skills along the way.

Outside of work, Chris is a big car enthusiast and loves spending time with his family.

Michael is one of the newest members of the Swift team, bringing plenty of enthusiasm, energy and a genuine desire to learn. He has a real can-do attitude and is always willing to take on new challenges and learn from the more experienced members of the team.

We love having people around who are keen to develop, and Michael is already proving himself as someone who wants to build his skills and be part of the team.

Outside of work, Michael is passionate about motorsport and all things automotive.

Teo joined Swift as a student, working with us during his university breaks while studying Electrical Engineering. He brings a curious mind, plenty of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn - making him a great addition to the team.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople gives Teo the opportunity to gain practical skills and experience, while he brings his own fresh perspective and positive attitude to the team.

Outside of Swift, Teo is passionate about sailing and often competes in the nationals.

Every good team needs someone whose main job is to make everyone smile and that's where Benni comes in.

Our four-legged member of the Swift team, Benni is always excited to see everyone and has a special talent for lifting the mood before every job starts and after a long day on site.

Her official job title may be “Office Dog”, but around Swift, we think she’s much more qualified for the role of Head of Morale.
